Tilt stages provide high-resolution inclination of an optical element which is normally horizontally mounted. Our tilt stages can be mounted together to form two axis stages, or combined with other OWIS components such as measuring, translation, vertical translation or rotary stages.

DNT 40 Rotary Tilt Stage

The DNT 40 rotary tilt stage is a combination of the WV40-D25 angular stage with an NT 40 tilt stage. Rotation of the azimuth is by coarse adjsutment (360°), with a choice of fine adjustment screws or micrometers for tilt adjustment.

DTB 60 Rotary Tilt Base

The DTB 60 is a low profile rotary tilting base that can be adjusted about three axes. A fine adjustment screw or micrometer provides adjustment about the vertical axis, while the table is supported on packets of disc springs to enable fine adjustment of the inclination about the horizontal axes. The DTB 60 can be combined with a LKH-DTB laser holder to make a laser mount.

NT 40 Tilt Stage

The NT 40 tilt stage provides high-resolution inclination of an optical element. The axis of rotation is defined by the centres of two precision steel balls, and the angle is set by a micrometer or a fine adjustment screw (± 6.2°). The NT 40 can be combined to form a 2-axis stage, or it can be combined with other OWIS components such as measuring, translation, vertical translation or rotary stages.

NT 65 Tilt Stage

The NT 65 tilt stage provides high-resolution inclination of an optical element. The axis of rotation is defined by the centres of two precision steel balls, and the angle is set by a micrometer or a fine adjustment screw (+ 5.1°, -3.4°). The NT 65 to be combined to form a 2-axis stage, or it can be combined with other OWIS components such as measuring, translation, vertical translation or rotary stages.
