FieldMate Laser Power Meter
Small in price but big on performance, the FieldMate laser power meter is compatible with all of Coherent’s optical and thermal detector heads. Measure the power from pulsed and CW lasers from the UV to far infrared, from nW to 10kW. The FieldMate combines a precise digital display and a fast analogue meter. The clear analogue needle display responds faster and with less overshoot than most digital meters, enabling rapid, precise laser adjustment. FieldMate has a simple user interface and is also compact and rugged, making it ideal for use in the field, while the analogue output (0 to 2V) facilitates external power monitoring in production applications. An adjustable kick-stand allows FieldMate to be easily seen.
FieldMate is directly compatible with all PowerMax (PM-series) thermal sensors as well as the OP-series photodiode sensors. FieldMate is not compatible with pyroelectric sensors for laser energy measurements. Built-in wavelength compensation ensures that readings at any wavelength remain accurate. An optional SmartSensor adapter (item number 1056827) allows FieldMate to operate with Coherent’s LM-series thermopile and photodiode sensors.
